In a momentous achievement on the global academic stage, two students from the Department of Entrepreneurship Economics of the Dhaka School of Economics (DScE), University of Dhaka, have been selected for the globally renowned Millennium Fellowship (Class of 2026).

The Millennium Fellowship is a prestigious leadership development program presented jointly by the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) and the Millennium Campus Network (MCN).

The selected fellows are:
▫️Progga Saha — Session 2023–24, Department of Entrepreneurship Economics

▫️A S Agnijeeta — Session 2024–25, Department of Entrepreneurship Economics

The selection process for the Class of 2026 was exceptionally rigorous and competitive worldwide:

▫️76,000+ applicants applied globally across 6,000+ campuses from over 170 nations.

▫️Only 330+ campuses (top 5%) were selected worldwide to host fellowship cohorts.

▫️From this extensive international applicant pool, only 5,500+ emerging leaders were awarded the fellowship.
