A seminar on access to entrepreneurial finance from banking sector and SDGs as well as corporate social responsibilities (CSR) held for experienced and young professionals. Dhaka School of Economics (DScE), a constituent institution of University of Dhaka, organised the seminar at DScE auditorium, said a press release on Sunday.
Entrepreneurial expert and coordinator of Entrepreneurship Programme of DScE Professor Dr Muhammad Mahboob Ali chaired the seminar. Managing Director of One Pharma KSM Mostafizur Rahman addressed the seminar as the chief guest while CSR Centre Bangladesh Chief Executive Officer Shahamin S Zaman was present as special guest. Mostafizur Rahman described the required qualities of an entrepreneur while Shahamin related the CSR with employability and SDGs. Mahboob Ali said entrepreneurship learning is a medium for professional consciousness for which under DScE as a team working. DScE Assistant Prof Rehana Parvin also talked on this occasion. Later, annual general meeting of the DScE Entrepreneurial Economists club was held.
