A model of economic incubator was inaugurated at Dhaka School of Economics (DScE) in the Bangladesh capital on Monday aiming to expedite the process of employment.

The inaugural was taken place during a seminar on “help building entrepreneurial ability and employability skills”, said a press statement of the DScE.

The Dhaka School of Economics organised the seminar and Eminent Economist Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad, who was the chief guest on the occassion, inaugurated the model of economic incubator.

The seminar pointed out the need of entrepreneurial education to expedite the process of employment.

Currently second batch of the Entrepreneurial Economics is going on while the Master degree program will commence soon, the statement added.

Building career as an entrepreneur for self employment and leadership quality is very much important, the seminar added.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali was the convener of the programme while Prof. Dr. Bholanath Dutta, the president of MTC global in India was present as the special guest on the occassion.

Among others Prof. Dr. Zaheda Ahmad and Rehana Parvin, the assistant professor of the DScE, spoke on the occasssion.

Coordinator of the program Mahboob Ali for last four years trying hear to expedite the education on Entrepreneurial Economics at different organisations to create jobplus growth for equitable justice.

Expand entrepreneurial edu to expedite employment process (Financial Express: August 16, 2018)

Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad addressing a seminar on ‘To Build Entrepreneurial Spirit and Employability Skill’, organised by the Dhaka School of Economics (DScE), in the capital recently.

Speakers at a twin programme stressed need for attaching more importance to expand entrepreneurial education to expedite the process of employment in the country.

They praised the standard of entrepreneurship economics education, saying the quality of the master of entrepreneurship economics in the country is outstanding.

They made the observation at the twin programme – a seminar, titled ‘To Build Entrepreneurial Spirit and Employability Skill’ and inaugural ceremony of ‘Model of Economic Incubator’.

Both programmes were organised by the Dhaka School of Economics (DScE) and held in the capital recently, says a statement.

Eminent economist Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad attended the programmes as the chief guest.

Entrepreneurial expert Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mahboob Ali convened the seminar where President of India’s MTC Global, Prof. Dr. Bholanath Dutta was present as the special guest.

Noted educationists, entrepreneurial experts and economists Professor Dr. Zaheda Ahmad and Assistant Professor Rehana Parvin were discussants.

Students who received accolades for their outstanding performances got certificates from the chief guest.

The discussants urged the students to build career as an entrepreneur for self employment. They said that leadership quality is also very much important for students.

Later, Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad inaugurated the Model of Economic Incubator at the DScE. He highly praised the education quality of Master of Entrepreneurship economics.
